Milind is the founding partner of MZS & Associates and leads MZS’ Direct Tax & Advisory Practice, and advises Corporates in the area of International Tax, Transfer Pricing and Outbound Investment Strategies. He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. In addition the advisory role, Milind also leads MZS’ Direct Tax Litigation practice.

Milind has assisted Mr. Dinesh Vyas, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court in authoring ‘Kanga, Palkhivala & Vyas’ a veritable bible on Indian Income tax Law. Prior to founding MZS & Associates in 2003, Milind was engaged with RSM & Co (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) for about 2 years.

Milind is a frequent speaker on Transfer Pricing and Structuring of Investment & Income at various international and national forums. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and has been practicing Direct Tax for over 27 years.
